Collier County Elections – Preliminary Results

Updated 9/4/22: Links are now to the Official Results.

With a Collier County voter turnout of 29.7%, the more conservative local candidates consistently won in the closed Republican primaries.

In each of the three nonpartisan School Board races, the incumbents were the second-highest vote-getters. No candidate in any of the three races won more than 50% of the votes, so the top-two vote-getters in each race will face off in the general elections in November.

Later this week, I will provide a more detailed look on Sparker’s Soapbox. Stay tuned!
