- Aquatics center opening soon in East Naples. It joins the (Commissioner) Donna Fiala Community Center and nearby fitness center that opened three years ago. Naples Daily News, 5/7/18

- City Council votes to have judge decide ethics referendum’s legality. The City Attorney said parts of the referendum might be illegal, and therefore Council can refuse to submit the question to the county to be placed on the ballot.
